Bolognetta S.c.p.A. is a consortium company established in 2009 between the Cooperativa Muratori & Cementisti – C.M.C di Ravenna and the Consorzio Integra, which operates on behalf and in the exclusive interest of the aforementioned companies and, therefore, without pursuing profit purposes and has as object the activities entrusted to the above-mentioned member-consortium companies by ANAS S.p.A. of Rome.

Its activity consists in the realization of the modernization works of the road section Palermo-Lercara Friddi, functional lot from km 14.4 to km 48.
